When you receive your curly and wavy bundles, it is very important to know what to expect. Upon arrival, your bundles may appear a bit shorter in length. Fear not! The way that curly and wavy bundles measure are by pulling the curls straight. By pulling the hair straight, you will achieve the accurate length.  

When measuring your bundles, start by measuring from the weft and pull the measuring tape to the end of the strands.

For example: Raw Cambodian Curly Wavy hair in 22” on arrival may measure at 20”. Pull the hair straight and you will see that it is actually 22”. 

Products ship within 1-3 business days from your order date. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.

During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale require up to 10 business days to process and 2-3 days for delivery. 

During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take up 10-15 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays.
